Establishes Florida's participation in the Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact, allowing licensed social workers (clinical, master's, or bachelor's level) to practice across member states through a multistate license without obtaining separate licenses in each state

Creates the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission as an interstate government agency to administer the compact, adopt rules, maintain a data system for licensee information, and coordinate regulatory activities among member states

Requires applicants for multistate licenses to hold an active, unencumbered license in their home state, submit fingerprints for criminal background checks, pass qualifying national exams, and meet education requirements from accredited social work programs

Authorizes member states to take adverse action against a social worker's multistate authorization to practice within their jurisdiction and requires reporting of disciplinary actions, current significant investigative information, and complaints to the shared data system

Designates the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling to appoint a state delegate to the compact commission, with the delegate considered a state agent for sovereign immunity purposes
