Creates public records exemptions for social workers' personal identifying information (except name, licensure status, and licensure number) held in the interstate compact data system by the Department of Health or the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling

Exempts meetings of the Social Work Licensure Compact Commission and its committees from public meeting requirements when discussing matters protected by federal or state law

Protects recordings, minutes, and records generated during exempt meetings from public disclosure

Subject to automatic repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect contingent on the passage of SB 74 (the underlying Social Work Licensure Interstate Compact legislation) during the same legislative session
