Extends existing public records exemptions for firearm background check records to also cover ammunition buyer/transferee information when the person is not prohibited from purchasing

Makes records created by the Department of Law Enforcement for ammunition background checks confidential and exempt from public disclosure under both state statute and the Florida Constitution

Requires FDLE to destroy ammunition purchase background check records within 48 hours after responding to the licensee's request

Includes an automatic repeal date of October 2, 2031, subject to legislative review under the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Takes effect only if SB 88 (which would establish ammunition background check requirements) is also adopted and becomes law in the same legislative session
