Repeals 15 Florida Statutes provisions that have already expired or become inoperative by their own terms, allowing their formal removal from the 2026 Florida Statutes through this reviser's bill

Removes expired pilot programs and task forces including the title fraud prevention pilot program, Task Force on Monitoring of Children in Out-of-Home Care, and Florida National Guard Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program

Eliminates sunset provisions related to the 2024-2025 fiscal year including Lieutenant Governor headquarters designation, patrol officer assignments, State Transportation Trust Fund appropriations, and 50% licensing fee waivers

Repeals expired education-related provisions including 2022-2023 school year grade calculations, school improvement rating exemptions, and requirements for postsecondary transition program classification codes

Takes effect 60 days after the legislative session adjourns sine die
