Requires the Florida Digital Service to conduct a comprehensive study on how state agencies procure, implement, and operate artificial intelligence-powered technology

Defines "artificial intelligence" broadly to include systems that perform tasks without significant human oversight, learn from experience, solve tasks requiring human-like cognition, or approximate cognitive tasks through machine learning

The study must identify which state agencies currently use AI, the specific purposes for each agency's AI use, and the costs associated with procuring, implementing, and operating AI technology

Written report containing study results must be submitted to the Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker by March 1, 2027

"State agency" is defined to include all separate units of state government including authorities, boards, commissions, departments, divisions, and public corporations
