Adds a new eligibility restriction for healthcare professionals seeking licensure by endorsement under Florida's MOBILE Act

Dentists and dental hygienists applying through the interstate licensure endorsement process must have graduated from a dental school or dental hygiene program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation, its successor, or another accrediting entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Maintains existing ineligibility criteria including pending complaints/investigations, felony or misdemeanor convictions related to healthcare practice, revoked/suspended licenses, and adverse reports to the National Practitioner Data Bank

Effective date: July 1, 2026
