Requires educator preparation institutes and teacher preparation programs to include training on evidence-based practices for teaching students with autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities by August 1, 2027

Creates the Autism Educator Loan Forgiveness Program providing up to $17,500 in student loan repayment over 5 years ($3,500 annually) for special education teachers who serve classrooms where a majority of students have autism spectrum disorder

Mandates that exceptional student education teachers complete an autism micro-credential for certification renewal beginning August 1, 2027, counting toward 3 college credits or equivalent inservice points

Requires district school boards to provide salary supplements for completion of the Autism Spectrum Disorder Endorsement and prohibits collective bargaining from precluding incentives for teachers serving autism-majority classrooms

Establishes that school districts must provide at least one autism-specific professional development opportunity annually, developed in coordination with the district's assigned Center for Autism and Related Disabilities
