Expands residency restrictions for persons convicted of sexual offenses against victims under 16 years old, prohibiting residence within 1,000 feet of schools, child care facilities, parks, playgrounds, or public swimming pools for offenses occurring on or after July 1, 2026

Increases the loitering prohibition distance from 300 feet to 500 feet from places where children congregate and prohibits covered offenders from contacting, communicating with, or approaching minors at parks, playgrounds, or public swimming pools

Requires written notification to schools or child care facilities by registered sexual offenders before being present on premises, and mandates they check in/out and remain under direct supervision of school officials

Authorizes warrantless arrest of persons when law enforcement has probable cause to believe they violated contact or presence restrictions at schools, child care facilities, parks, playgrounds, or public swimming pools

Adds supervision conditions for offenders on probation, community control, or conditional release prohibiting residence within 1,000 feet of public swimming pools and prohibiting work at public swimming pools, effective July 1, 2026
