Expands disqualification grounds to include failing to contact the required number of employers weekly, missing three or more job interviews without notifying the employer, or failing to return to work when recalled after a temporary layoff

Requires investigation of claims sharing mailing addresses, bank accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses with other claims in any state, and scrutiny of claims filed from foreign IP addresses

Establishes a web page for reporting suspected fraud or identity theft, with annual employer notification, and requires annual public reporting on fraudulent claims detected, benefits paid on fraudulent claims, overpayments recovered, and referrals for prosecution
