Establishes a 2-year pilot program providing certified veteran business enterprises with a 50 percent discount on business-related toll expenses for registered commercial vehicles on Florida toll roads

Requires participating businesses to demonstrate regular commercial use of toll roads through automated toll accounts and apply annually with proof of veteran ownership and toll usage

Florida Turnpike Enterprise will administer the program in coordination with the Department of Veterans' Affairs and the Department of Management Services

Department of Transportation must submit an impact report to the Legislature by July 1, 2027, assessing participation rates, fiscal impact, and recommendations for program continuation or expansion

Takes effect July 1, 2026
