Creates the Veterans' Rental Assistance Grant Program administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to provide security deposit assistance for low-income, honorably discharged veterans

Authorizes one-time grants of up to $2,000 to eligible applicants for payment of rental housing security deposits

Requires applicants to be honorably discharged veterans (verified by DD-214 form or equivalent documentation), Florida residents with valid state ID, and have annual household income at or below 140% of area median income

Grants Florida Housing Finance Corporation authority to adopt rules for program implementation and to verify applicant income through background checks and financial documentation

Takes effect July 1, 2026
