Requires the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to develop and conduct a survey of Florida youth to determine whether the state should select a new official state bird to replace the northern mockingbird (designated in 1927)

Survey must be administered to participants in Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network summer camps during summers of 2026 and 2027

Bird species included on the survey: northern mockingbird, American osprey, Florida scrub jay, American flamingo, and American white ibis

Commission must provide participants with information from its public website about each bird species alongside the survey

Survey results must be submitted to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives by December 31, 2027
