Allows vulnerable adults, individuals lacking capacity to consent, or their legal representatives to rescind public adjuster contracts at any time without penalty or obligation

Adds "vulnerable adult" as defined in s. 415.102 to the list of persons a public adjuster may be disciplined for soliciting or taking advantage of

Maintains existing provisions allowing any insured to cancel public adjuster contracts within 10 days, or within 30 days after a Governor-declared state of emergency

Authorizes the Department of Financial Services to deny, suspend, or revoke licenses and fine public adjusters up to $5,000 per violation
