Exempts from public records requirements the home addresses, dates of birth, and telephone numbers of current appellate court clerks, including clerks of the Florida Supreme Court and district courts of appeal

Extends the exemption to personal information of spouses and children of appellate court clerks, including names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment, and names/locations of schools and day care facilities

Defines "appellate court clerk" as persons appointed as clerks of the Florida Supreme Court or district courts of appeal, or court employees assigned to class codes 2610 or 2620

Extends the sunset review date for personal information exemptions for justices, judges, judicial assistants, and now appellate court clerks from October 2, 2028 to October 2, 2031

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date, with an effective date of July 1, 2026
