Expands the Address Confidentiality Program public records exemption to include victims of dating violence, in addition to the existing protection for domestic violence victims

Makes addresses, telephone numbers, and social security numbers of dating violence victims participating in the program held by the Attorney General's Office exempt from public disclosure

Exempts names, addresses, and telephone numbers of dating violence program participants from voter registration and voting records held by supervisors of elections and the Department of State

Applies retroactively to records held before, on, or after the effective date of the exemptions

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will be repealed on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature; takes effect contingent on passage of SB 296 or similar legislation
