Amends s. 163.3180, F.S., regarding transportation concurrency requirements for local government comprehensive plans

Modifies capital improvements element requirements for small counties (as defined in s. 339.2818(2)) that impose transportation concurrency

Allows small counties to identify facilities needed to maintain current levels of service, rather than requiring identification of facilities to meet adopted levels of service during a 5-year period

Effective date: July 1, 2026
