Establishes the Office for New Americans within the Department of Commerce to promote immigrant and refugee inclusion, address workforce needs, and coordinate immigration-related policy across state agencies

Expands acceptable documents for driver license identification to include foreign passports, birth certificates, consular IDs, and other foreign government documents, with licenses valid for up to 8 years

Creates the "Driver License Privacy Act" prohibiting the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles from sharing photographs and personal information with federal immigration enforcement agencies without a judicial warrant

Prohibits immigration enforcement activities within 500 feet of public/private schools, child care facilities, and religious institutions, and bars sheriffs from entering or renewing 287(g) immigration enforcement agreements after January 1, 2027

Adds immigration status as a protected class under Florida's civil rights laws covering employment, housing, public accommodations, and other areas, and requires schools to protect students regardless of their or their parents' immigration status
