Requires the Department of Education to develop statewide standardized assessments in the three most prevalent languages spoken by English language learners in Florida by the 2027-2028 school year

Mandates the written portions of the statewide coordinated screening and progress monitoring system for Voluntary Prekindergarten through grade 3 also be available in those three languages by the 2027-2028 school year

Directs the department to create a timetable and action plan for developing assessments and screening tools in these required languages, plus additional languages as feasible

Requires the department to establish criteria determining when administering assessments in a language other than English is appropriate for English language learners

Allows parents of English language learners to opt out and prohibit their student from being administered assessments or screening portions in a language other than English
