Amends the definition of "common entity" in Florida's motor vehicle dealer statutes (s. 320.60, F.S.) to include manufacturers alongside distributors in certain exemptions

Adds a new exemption for entities incorporated in the United States that solely manufacture or assemble vehicles from a line-make with no franchised motor vehicle dealers in Florida

Maintains existing exemption criteria requiring distributors to have been licensed before March 1, 2023, and to not be a common entity of a manufacturer or importer

Effective date: July 1, 2026
