Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of current or former personnel and commissioners of the Florida Commission on Human Relations whose duties involve discrimination or retaliation complaints, including determination, adjudication, investigation, prosecution, intake, or dismissal of such complaints

Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of covered personnel and commissioners from public disclosure

Extends the exemption to family members, protecting names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment of spouses and children, as well as names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by children

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date of July 1, 2026
