Defines "farm equipment" as all power-drawn, power-driven, or self-propelled equipment used on a farm or to transport farm products

Allows consumers to report defective farm equipment that doesn't conform to express written warranties to the manufacturer or authorized service agent during the warranty period or within 1 year of original delivery

Requires manufacturers or authorized agents to repair defective farm equipment at no cost to the consumer, and to replace the equipment or provide a full refund (including sales tax, license fees, and registration fees) if unable to fix the defect after a reasonable number of attempts

Establishes a presumption that a reasonable number of repair attempts have been made if the same defect has been subject to repair 3 or more times but continues to exist

Provides affirmative defenses for manufacturers if the nonconformity doesn't substantially impair use/market value, or if the defect resulted from consumer abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
