Requires the Office of the State Courts Administrator to prepare and publish annual report cards for each family court judge in every judicial circuit, beginning July 1, 2027

Report cards must include metrics such as average time to final judgment in dissolution and time-sharing cases, percentage of cases resolved through mediation/settlement, reversal rates on appeal, and compliance with statutory timeframes for rulings

Mandates tracking of court-appointed psychological evaluations (number and percentage of cases) and average costs to parties for court-appointed professionals when data is available

Office must maintain a publicly searchable online database of report cards and submit annual summaries to the Senate President and House Speaker

Prohibits inclusion of personal identifying information about litigants or minor children; authorizes the Supreme Court to adopt implementing rules
