Creates Part XVII of Chapter 468, Florida Statutes, establishing licensure requirements for professional music therapists, effective July 1, 2026

Requires applicants to hold at least a bachelor's degree in music therapy from an accredited institution, be at least 18 years old, and maintain board certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists

Establishes the Music Therapy Advisory Committee within the Department of Health, consisting of five members appointed by the State Surgeon General to serve 4-year terms, with a sunset date of October 2, 2029

Prohibits unlicensed individuals from using the title "music therapist" or "licensed professional music therapist" beginning January 1, 2027, with exemptions for other licensed healthcare professionals and students in accredited programs

Authorizes disciplinary actions including license suspension, revocation, probation, reprimand, and fines of $100 to $1,000 per violation for misconduct including felony conviction, negligence, or failure to maintain board certification
