Prohibits Florida government entities from contracting with AI technology companies owned by or organized under foreign countries of concern, effective July 1, 2026, requiring signed affidavits attesting to compliance

Requires companion chatbot platforms to obtain parental consent before allowing minors to hold accounts, provide parents with access to interaction records, and implement hourly notifications reminding minors they are interacting with AI

Mandates all bot operators display prominent notifications at the start and hourly during interactions informing users they are not communicating with a human

Prohibits AI companies from selling or disclosing user personal information unless deidentified, with civil penalties up to $50,000 per violation and a 45-day cure period for alleged violations
