Creates the Board of Naturopathy within the Department of Health, composed of seven members: four licensed naturopaths, one physician, one chiropractic physician, and one pharmacist, with members serving 4-year terms

Establishes licensure requirements for naturopaths including minimum age of 21, professional liability insurance, first aid and CPR certifications, and board certification or passage of approved naturopathic licensing examinations

Expands the definition of naturopathy to include specific practices such as biofeedback, dietary therapy, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, herbal substances (excluding CBD and THC), Eastern medicine, and nutritional counseling

Prohibits licensed naturopaths from performing acupuncture, surgery, injections, emergency medicine, or prescribing controlled substances and legend drugs including antibiotics, hormones, vaccinations, and Schedule I-V controlled substances

Requires biennial license renewal with 25 hours of continuing education in naturopathy and medical nutrition therapy, plus attendance at a 2-day educational program; effective date January 1, 2027
