Initiative must include a website and electronic resources covering early detection, risk reduction, brain health, screening information, healthy aging, research updates, clinical trials, and community resources

Requires a statewide mobile in-person outreach program prioritizing underserved communities to provide information on brain health, risk education, early detection, and diagnosis

Contracting organization must be a nonprofit with demonstrated history of supporting those affected by Alzheimer's disease and organizational capacity to manage a statewide initiative

Alzheimer's Disease Advisory Committee must annually evaluate the initiative's effectiveness and recommend future funding needs to the department and Legislature
