Allows tax collectors to prohibit commercial driving school licensees and their agents from entering tax collector premises (including parking areas) unless seeking services in a personal capacity

Grants authority to prohibit fraudulent conduct by commercial driving school operators that would deceive individuals, the department, or tax collectors

Permits prohibition of any business practices by commercial driving schools that undermine the integrity of the driver license issuance process

Allows tax collectors to require commercial driving school licensees to present licenses, agent identification cards, and certificates upon demand, and to enter driving school premises to ensure compliance with applicable laws
