Creates the "Right to Repair Act for Mobility Devices" requiring original equipment manufacturers to provide documentation, parts, and tools needed to diagnose, maintain, or repair power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and power assist devices

Mandates that documentation and software tools be provided at no charge to independent repair providers and owners, with only reasonable actual costs allowed for physical copies or tools

Requires parts to be made available at costs and terms equivalent to the most favorable terms offered to authorized repair providers, without conditioning access on arrangements with the manufacturer

Establishes that manufacturers must provide special documentation, tools, and parts to access and reset electronic security locks disabled during repairs

Violations are enforceable under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, with the act applying to mobility devices sold or in use on or after July 1, 2026
