Authorizes the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to select up to 235 additional nonjudicial managerial or policymaking positions within the judicial branch for mandatory inclusion in the Senior Management Service Class of the Florida Retirement System, effective July 1, 2026

Requires the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission to participate in the Senior Management Service Class, effective July 1, 2026

Maintains existing compulsory participation requirements for positions including the State Courts Administrator, Deputy State Courts Administrators, Clerk and Marshal of the Supreme Court, and trial court administrators

Preserves provisions allowing state attorneys and public defenders to designate additional managerial positions for Senior Management Service Class inclusion, limited to 0.5% of regularly established positions for offices with 200 or more employees
