Creates the "Judicial Efficiency and Transparency (JET) Act" requiring each clerk of the circuit court to prepare annual performance reports on circuit and county court judges

Reports must include: number of cases assigned, cases reaching final disposition, clearance rate percentage, average length of pending cases, civil cases pending 3+ years, and average days between scheduling and holding hearings

Annual reports must be posted by April 1 on clerk websites and circuit/county court websites, remaining posted for the duration of each judge's tenure

Judges may prepare explanatory statements detailing extenuating circumstances affecting their metrics, subject to approval by the chief judge of each circuit

First reporting period begins with the 2028 calendar year, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
