Amends Florida's medical conscience law (s. 381.00321) to expand enforcement options for health care providers and health care payors who believe their rights have been violated

Allows health care providers or payors to file their own civil lawsuit if the Attorney General does not commence action within 180 days of receiving a complaint

Permits providers and payors to seek damages, injunctive relief, attorney fees, or other appropriate relief through private civil action

Authorizes providers and payors to assert a violation of their medical conscience rights as a defense in judicial or administrative proceedings

Takes effect July 1, 2026
