Requires insurance companies or their authorized agents to implement control processes and procedures for electronic signatures on total loss vehicle and vessel documents, including identity verification, security, confidentiality, and auditability measures

Removes the previous requirement that electronic signatures on odometer disclosures follow specific National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Identity Assurance Level 2 or greater standards

Allows electronic signatures consistent with Florida's electronic signature law (chapter 668) to satisfy signature requirements for salvage certificates and certificates of destruction

Effective date of July 1, 2026
