Requires private schools participating in the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program to provide written information to parents about academic programs, policies, code of conduct, attendance policies, and specialized services/therapies before a student's initial enrollment

Private schools may update their list of specialized services and therapies offered once per school year or when the school district updates its equitable services list, whichever comes first

Within 30 days after a school district provides a private school services plan, parents of students with an IEP, education plan, English language learner plan, or 504 plan must be informed which modifications, accommodations, and therapies from their child's plan will be honored

Replaces the previous requirement that schools "discuss" programs and services with parents to determine student needs with a mandate for written disclosure of what services the school will actually provide
