Creates the Gun Violence Prevention Pilot Program in Gainesville, administered by IMPACT GNV in collaboration with the Department of Juvenile Justice, the state attorney, and public defender of the Eighth Judicial Circuit

Targets youth ages 10-21 who are at moderate or high risk of being gun violence victims, offenders, or individuals returning from delinquency residential programs, as well as their family members

Requires mental health services including individual/group/family therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, substance abuse treatment, art and music therapy, mediation training, and resilience/leadership skills development

Provides alternatives to incarceration for youth in the delinquency system, including GED programs, job training, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities

Appropriates $500,000 in nonrecurring funds for fiscal year 2026-2027, with annual reporting requirements beginning October 31, 2027, and program expiration on June 30, 2030
