Creates the State Immigration Enforcement Action Database, administered by the State Board of Immigration Enforcement, which must be publicly accessible online and searchable by agency and name

Requires law enforcement agencies and private correctional facilities to submit information to the board within 48 hours of detaining or arresting someone for immigration-related reasons, accepting custody of immigration detainees, or participating in immigration enforcement actions

Mandates reporting of detained individuals' names, birthdates, arrest/detention dates and locations, current custody status, and any transfers to federal authorities, other states, or entities

Requires the board to publish all submitted information in the database within 48 hours of receipt, including custody location and release/transfer dates

Effective date of July 1, 2026
