Requires all public K-12 schools, public postsecondary institutions, and private schools/colleges/universities in Florida to establish and maintain sexual violence policies covering sexual assault, sexual abuse, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking

Mandates policies include reporting options to school or law enforcement, rights of victims and offenders during investigations, disciplinary procedures and appeals processes, and disclosure of any mandatory law enforcement reporting requirements

Requires schools to provide supportive measures including contact information for designated school officials, hotlines for sexual assault victims, and nearest child advocacy centers and sexual assault service providers

Schools must notify all students, parents, staff, and volunteers of policies at enrollment/hiring and annually within 30 days of the school year start, through handbooks, direct communication, physical postings, and website publication accessible within three clicks from homepage

Policies must be written in plain language and available in frequently encountered languages (spoken by at least 5% of school/county population or 1,000+ county residents), with oral interpretation available for less common languages
