Repeals provisions prohibiting instruction on sexual orientation and gender identity in prekindergarten through grade 8, and repeals requirements that such instruction in grades 9-12 be "age-appropriate" per state standards

Repeals restrictions on training or instruction involving concepts related to systemic racism, sexism, oppression, and privilege in educational institutions, teacher preparation programs, and general education courses

Requires instruction in LGBTQ history in public schools, including topics such as the Obergefell v. Hodges Supreme Court case, the Florida Legislative Investigation Committee, and the Pulse Nightclub tragedy

Authorizes and encourages Florida College System institutions and state universities to develop diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and permits state or federal funds to support such programs

Removes requirements for 5-day removal of objected instructional materials, eliminates county residents' ability to challenge school materials, and allows school libraries to provide materials presenting all points of view without removal due to "partisan or doctrinal disapproval"
