Amends Florida Statute 30.10 to change the requirement for sheriff's office locations from mandatory placement at the county seat to optional placement anywhere within county lines

Changes the operative language from "shall be at the county seat" to "may be at any location within the county lines"

Gives sheriffs flexibility to establish their primary office at any location they determine appropriate within their county's boundaries

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
