Imposes an annual $250 registration fee on battery electric vehicles, payable at initial registration and each renewal, in addition to standard license taxes and other fees

Requires all fees collected under this provision to be deposited into the State Transportation Trust Fund

Funds must be used specifically for planning, construction, maintenance, and repair of public roads and transportation infrastructure
