Requires the Office of the State Courts Administrator to submit an annual problem-solving court report to the Legislature by January 31 each year, covering the previous fiscal year

Mandates collection of uniform aggregate data including participant numbers, primary offenses, treatment compliance, program completion rates, offenses during participation, court appearance frequency, and changes in employment, housing, and child custody status

Expands the definition of "problem-solving court" to include dependency drug courts and early childhood courts, while removing community courts from the definition

Requires early childhood courts, veterans treatment courts, mental health courts, and treatment-based drug courts to collect and report specified data annually to the Office of the State Courts Administrator

Phases in reporting requirements: 30% of state-funded problem-solving courts must report uniform data for FY 2025-2026, all state-funded courts for FY 2026-2027, and all problem-solving courts beginning FY 2027-2028
