Requires each Florida school district to annually submit a complete inventory of all unimproved real property (land without buildings or structures) to the Department of Education by June 30

Inventory must include parcel identification number, acreage, address/location, acquisition date, current use, and fair market value based on county assessment or recent appraisal

Department of Education must compile data into a statewide report showing total acreage, aggregate fair market value, and district-by-district breakdowns of unimproved parcels

Statewide report must be published on the department's website by December 1, 2026, and every 3 years thereafter

Creates new section 1013.041 of Florida Statutes, effective July 1, 2026
