Requires all enriched grain products sold in Florida, including wheat flour, corn flour, corn masa, and white rice products, to contain folic acid beginning January 1, 2027

Establishes minimum fortification levels of 0.7 milligrams of folic acid per pound of corn masa flour and 0.4 milligrams per pound of corn masa or white rice products

Exempts cottage food operations and certified organic products from the fortification requirement

Appropriates $250,000 in nonrecurring funds for fiscal year 2026-2027 to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services for inspections and public education efforts

Requires the Department of Health to submit annual reports to the Legislature starting January 1, 2028, on implementation progress and any reduction in neural tube defect rates
