Expands the definition of "practice of the profession of pharmacy" to include ordering and administering CLIA-waived tests, including FDA-authorized serology tests

Authorizes pharmacists to administer medications to patients during life-threatening emergencies at Level I or Level II trauma centers when directed by a licensed physician

Requires pharmacists administering medications in trauma centers to have either completed an accredited postgraduate residency training program or at least 3 years of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting

Mandates trauma centers to retain documentation verifying a pharmacist's qualifications before employing them to administer medications under this provision

Effective date of July 1, 2026
