Amends s. 1009.26, Florida Statutes, to expand out-of-state tuition fee waivers at state universities, Florida College System institutions, district career centers, and charter technical career centers

Explicitly includes students who are undocumented for federal immigration purposes in the fee waiver eligibility

Removes existing requirement that students must be U.S. citizens or lawfully present in the United States to qualify for the waiver

Maintains eligibility requirements: students must have attended a Florida secondary school for 3 consecutive years before graduation, apply for enrollment within 24 months of high school graduation, and submit an official Florida high school transcript

Effective date: July 1, 2026
