Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying and location information of current and former owners and operators of family foster homes licensed by the Department of Children and Families

Protects home addresses, telephone numbers, places of employment, dates of birth, and photographs of foster home owners/operators from public disclosure

Extends the exemption to cover names, personal identifying information, and location information of spouses and children of foster home owners/operators, including schools and day care facilities attended by the children

Subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2031, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date, with an effective date of July 1, 2026
