Study must evaluate requiring drug manufacturers to sell drugs on the Medicaid preferred drug list at 340B discounted prices to Medicaid pharmacies, with rebates owed to the state if the 340B price exceeds the state's negotiated Medicaid price

Study must assess requiring pharmacy benefits managers to reimburse Medicaid pharmacies at the 340B discounted price plus the professional dispensing fee for covered drugs

Study must examine requiring drug wholesalers and distributors to sell covered drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B prices and prohibit them from altering existing pricing agreements to exclude these drugs

Results of the study must be submitted to the Governor, Senate President, and House Speaker by January 31, 2027
