Requires disclosures to identify sponsorships using simple, clear language in the same language as the sponsored content, formatted to be visible across all devices and platforms

Failure to disclose a material connection constitutes an unfair or deceptive trade practice under Florida's consumer protection laws

Content creators receiving sponsorship from foreign principals must file annual public disclosures with the Department of State, including the foreign principal's name, payment amounts, and detailed statements of the business relationship
