Homeowners' associations operating more than two parcels must pay an annual fee of $4 per residential parcel to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes

Associations that fail to pay the fee by March 1 will be assessed a 10% penalty on the amount due

Delinquent associations lose standing to maintain or defend any legal action in Florida courts until all fees and penalties are paid

All collected fees must be deposited into the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes Trust Fund

The bill's effective date is contingent upon the passage of SB 906 or similar legislation in the same legislative session
