Prohibits insurers from imposing limits on the number of speech-language pathologist visits, annual benefit caps, or restrictions based on the type of condition causing the stuttering

Exempts stuttering treatment coverage from prior authorization requirements and medical necessity determinations

Mandates coverage for speech therapy delivered both in-person and via telehealth, with telehealth services permitted through any HIPAA-compliant communication technology, application, or platform

Effective date is July 1, 2026
