Extends the deadline for spending Florida Forever appropriations on land acquisition in the Florida Keys Area of Critical State Concern from fiscal year 2026-2027 to fiscal year 2035-2036

Maintains the requirement that at least $5 million annually from Department of Environmental Protection land acquisition funds be spent on Florida Keys land acquisition
